DDS Technologies USA, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: DDSU) , http://www.ddstechusa.com/, today announced that it has acquired the patent ownership for its dry disaggregation system on a worldwide basis. Prior to the patent acquisition, DDS USA was the licensee with marketing rights restricted to North America, South America, Central America, the Caribbean (excluding Cuba) and Africa.
As a result of the patent acquisition, DDS USA will end its dependency on its previous licensor for R & D as well as Engineering Support and establish its own technical resources in the USA. In addition, DDS USA will now purchase its machinery directly from Tecalit, an equipment ...
