Joseph Wagner and Jean Wilson Are Named to Board of Directors
The Experiential Agency(TM) (XA) (OTCBB: EXAG), a major national event marketing firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, announced today that it has appointed Joseph Wagner as the president, chief operating officer and secretary of the corporation. In addition, it has also appointed Jean Wilson as the vice president of operations and treasurer.
Both Wagner and Wilson have been elected members of the board. The company announced that it plans to name an independent board member before the end of the year.
