FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Telematics International Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: TMAX) today announced that its customers can upgrade the power and memory capacity of their multi-processor PCPs and get credit for their previous purchases under a new program called The Great Exchange.
