J.L. French Automotive Castings, Inc. announced today that it has extended its solicitation of consents from holders of its outstanding 11-1/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2009 to certain proposed amendments to the indenture governing the notes and that it has increased the tender offer consideration payable to holders of notes who deliver consents to the proposed amendments. In addition, J.L. French announced that it has increased the minimum tender condition in the related tender offer.
