Briggs & Stratton Corporation has sold the assets of its subsidiary, Briggs & Stratton Canada Inc., to a new independent Canadian company named PSC - Power Source Canada Ltd. The purpose for this sale is to ensure superior logistic and technical support for Briggs & Stratton dealers across Canada.
