Entrust, Inc. , a world-leading provider of identity and access management solutions, today announced that its board of directors has extended Entrust's stock repurchase program to September 15, 2005, and authorized the periodic repurchase of an additional 10 million shares of Entrust common stock on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions. As of June 30, 2004, Entrust has repurchased a total of 3,412,940 shares of the previously authorized 7 million shares. With the newly authorized share repurchase program, Entrust has 13,587,060 shares available for repurchase by September 15, 2005.
