BOULDER, Colo.--Aug. 17--Orphened years ago by two land holding companies, the Colorado Technological Center may finally be adopted by the city of Louisville.
The partially developed business park, north of Dillon Road and east of 96th Street, needs some major improvements and publicity to thrive.
Louisville officials are ready to step in to promote the business park after the property owners, later this year, form an association that will act as a landlord and liaison with the city.
The effort comes at a good time: Louisville is leaning away from dependence on housing growth and wants to attract a new revenue with commercial development.
