CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Spectrum Health System has signed a three-year agreement valued at more than $1 million to implement Premier, Inc.'s Clinical Advisor(TM) performance improvement solution in five of its seven hospitals in West Michigan.
The agreement provides Spectrum Health with clinical benchmarking and utilization data as well as the ability to track clinical performance against 270 hospitals participating in the CMS/Premier Hospital Quality Incentive Demonstration Project. This three-year program will determine if economic incentives are effective at improving the quality of inpatient care.
