SEOUL, May 11 (Yonhap) -- North Korea denounced South Korea's main opposition Grand national Party Wednesday for its ongoing initiative to introduce a bill to help improve human rights conditions in the North, saying such a move is an "intolerable act of defiance." The GNP is to hold a forum in the parliament Thursday over its proposed legislation calling for the South Korean government to draw up measures to improve the human rights conditions of people in North Korea.
