WASHINGTON, May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Every year, the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF) gives its top honor -- the Distinguished Service Award -- to an individual or organization that has made an exceptional and lasting contribution to the law enforcement profession.
