Urban Television Network Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: URBT) announces the acquisition of Clear Fork Communications, a master control and satellite uplink service.
The Board of Directors of Urban Television Network voted to purchase Clear Fork Communications from Wright Entertainment, L.L.C., the value of which to be credited against future payments on Wright Entertainments, L.L.C. debt to the corporation. The valuation is to be determined by an independent audit and appraisal. Urban Television Network currently contracts with Clear Fork Communications for its master control and satellite uplink services.
