R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Holdings, Inc. has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) an amended registration statement on Form S-4 containing the proxy statement/prospectus regarding the proposal to combine R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. (RJRT) and the U.S. business of Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. (B&W).
