As part of a bid to acquire 100% of VIVA Media AG, Viacom Inc. has signed an agreement to purchase the shares of 14 VIVA shareholders, who together hold a 75.8% ownership interest in the company. The agreement includes the two largest shareholders, Time Warner (30.6%) and Universal Music (15.3%).
