PPD, Inc. today announced that Richard Staub, senior vice president of global business development, has accepted a position as president and chief operating officer with PharmaLinkFHI, Inc., an Internet-based clinical research organization (CRO) based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
Francis ("Frank") Casieri who was serving as general manager for key accounts will take over the vacated role to oversee global business development. The role is not a new one for Casieri as he served in this capacity as senior vice president for global business development before retiring in spring 2002.
