Grupo Elektra S.A. de C.V. (BMV: Elektra*), Latin America's leading specialty retailer, consumer finance and banking services company, announced today that it successfully placed Ps. 600 million in unsecured short-term Certificados Bursatiles. The issue has a total term of 336 days and yields a rate of TIIE(28 days) plus 220 basis points per annum. Inversora Bursatil Casa de Bolsa (Grupo Financiero Inbursa) and Scotia Inverlat Casa de Bolsa were the placement agents.
