Great Lakes Chemical Corporation today announced that its manufacturing complex in Conyers, Georgia, resumed production following a fire that broke out in a finished goods warehouse in the early morning hours of May 25.

Local authorities provided necessary clearance to resume operations at 5:00 a.m. EDT Friday, May 28, 2004. Manufacturing and shipping operations began shortly thereafter.
