America West Airlines , the nation's second largest low-fare airline, will initiate new service Sunday, May 16, 2004 between its Phoenix hub and Page, Ariz. America West Express, operated by Air Midwest, will provide three roundtrip flights utilizing the 19-seat Beechcraft 1900D aircraft. With the introduction of Page service, America West will serve seven cities in Arizona from its Phoenix hub including Flagstaff, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, Page, Prescott, Tucson and Yuma.
