Voice Diary Inc. (OTCBB: VDYI) announced today that Nir-Or Israel Ltd. ("Nir-Or"), with whom VDYI signed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of the business of Nir-Or by VDYI, received recently an order for hundreds of controllers for the Israeli Merkava tank. The controllers supervise the operation of one of the main mechanical systems of the tank. The order amounts to US$450,000. A similar order was obtained and delivered by Nir-Or in the last three years. Nir-Or expects to receive in the following years additional orders for the same product amounting to US$750,000.
