Kelly McCrann was named president of PacifiCare Dental & Vision Administrators Inc. (PDV), a subsidiary of Cypress, Calif.-based PacifiCare Health Systems Inc. .
McCrann is based at PDV's headquarters in Santa Ana and reports to Jacqueline Kosecoff, Ph.D., PacifiCare Health Systems' executive vice president of Specialty Companies.
"Kelly brings nearly a quarter-century of strategic marketing and managerial experience in health care services," said Kosecoff.
