Motorola, Inc. today announced that on October 22, 2004, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ("the Appeals Court") affirmed the July 31, 2003 judgment for $2.13 billion rendered in favor of Motorola Credit Corporation and against the Uzan family of Turkey and their confederates ("the defendants") for perpetrating a massive fraud against Motorola.
