("Nir-Or"), with whom VDYI signed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of the business of Nir-Or by VDYI, delivered recently a prototype for a digital LCD indicator for aircraft control panels. The indicator displays the function parameters of various aircraft systems. The customer is a leading Italian manufacturer of indicators for control panels whose customers include Italian aircraft manufacturers such as Piaggio and Alenia.
