Voice Diary Inc. (OTCBB: VDYI) announced today that Nir-Or Israel Ltd. ("Nir-Or"), with whom VDYI signed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of the business of Nir-Or by VDYI, was selected by a leading defense systems provider in Western Europe to develop and manufacture the command display unit (CDU) for a weapon system. The order is for several hundred units and will total $1.5 million. The order will be supplied over a period of two years.
The CDU to be supplied by Nir-Or will allow an operator of the system to view a day and night video image of the target arena. The CDU includes a rugged computer and custom software that will be developed by Nir-Or. ...
