FOR 15 YEARS WALID RIACHI COULD only wonder what his hotel looked like, since barbed wire and skull and crossbones warning signs kept him away from the property he inherited when his father died in 1983. But now he and his brother have claimed back the family property, built by their grandfather in the 1930s.
