NEW YORK - J. Thomson Wyatt has been named president of Vanity Fair Mills Inc., a division of VF Corp.
Wyatt reports to Peter J. Velardi, chairman and chief executive officer of Vanity Fair. The post was formerly held by James Bouler, who retired in July. Velardi had been looking after Bouler's former responsibilities since then.
In his new capacity, Wyatt will assume greater responsibility for the day-to-day management of Vanity Fair.
Vanity Fair's businesses include Vanity Fair, Vassarette, Barbizon, Form-O-Uth and the licensed Eileen West innerwear brands.
