The European private equity fund EQT IV Fund said on Friday (13 May) that it had acquired the Danish family-owned clothing company Brandtex Group A/S.

In 2004 annual sales of the Brandtex Group amounted to DKK3.3bn, of which 80% was generated by exports to more than 25 countries in Europe, the United States, the Middle East and Asia.
