Baldwin Park subdeveloper hit with liens.

May 13--All is not well in Baldwin Park, Orlando's showplace neighborhood of million-dollar homes and manicured lawns.

At least 70 liens totaling $1.7 million have been filed against retail buildings in the tony neighborhood's Village Center, most by construction companies who say they were stiffed while working on the long-delayed cluster of stores and restaurants that are supposed to make up the heart of the community.
