BOULDER -- Afternoon sun pours through the spectacular southwest picture window of the house on the corner.
From the inside, the take-a-deep- breath view of the Flatirons is a "Come to Boulder" postcard.
It certainly drew David and Della Temple, who moved from California five years ago to settle into the house at 1505 Bluebell Ave., a few uphill blocks from Chautauqua Park.
