Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. has rounded out its acquisition of the three-building 180 Park Avenue office campus here with the purchase of Building 105 from Investcorp. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Building 105 is a 221,000s/f, Class A structure built in 2001. In 2003, the national real estate investment management firm purchased 180 Park Avenue Buildings 103 and 104 from Investcorp.
Cushman & Wakefield's Metropolitan Area Capital Markets Group in East Rutherford, New Jersey, orchestrated all transactions on behalf of both Wells and Investcorp.
