OAK RIDGE, Tenn. -- Oak Ridge Micro-Energy (OTCBB:OKME) announced that the Third Judicial District Court, in the State of Utah, County of Salt Lake, has granted Oak Ridge's Motion to order the defendants in the action of Oak Ridge Micro-Energy vs. Timothy Rock, Andrew Goodell, Water & Gold, Inc. and Jeffrey Kohutka to deliver to the Court Clerk certain shares of Oak Ridge Micro-Energy common stock.
