SUFFOLK, Va. -- Officials of Noble Investment Group, one of the hospitality industry's leading owner/operators of upscale and premium branded hotels, today announced the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk and Suffolk Conference Center in Virginia. The $30-million public/private project is the result of a major urban revitalization program that began in 1998.
