Reggie Fowler, the Arizona businessman whose purchase of the Minnesota Vikings awaits approval by the National Football League, has settled a lawsuit against him by a Wisconsin cheese company.
The terms of the settlement were not disclosed Thursday, and the case was sealed by a St. Croix County circuit judge.
Dale and Wendy Marcott own the Cady Cheese Factory in Wilson, Wis., about 30 miles east of Hudson. Their suit alleged that one of Fowler's former businesses, Delicom Foods Inc., owed them $196,201, dating to 2001. .
