- Nathaniel L. Coorsen, 18, 60 N. Broadway, Apt. 2F, Des Plaines, was arrested around 5:50 p.m. Wednesday and charged with obstructing a peace officer after an officer stopped his car for traffic violations at Greco and Estes avenues, and Coorsen gave the officer a false name, police said. His Skokie court date was set for May 24.
- Someone took a Buy Owner for sale sign between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 1:45 p.m. Wednesday from a parkway on the 900 block of South Wolf Road, police said. Value was estimated at $50.
