May 19--With its new catering facility at Suvarnabhumi airport now completed and just waiting for the site to open, Bangkok Airways is holding talks with Cambodian authorities about expanding its inflight catering facility in Siem Reap, the airline's Indochina hub.
"Our catering facility in Siem Reap is now operating over its capacity. It really needs to be expanded," said Fak Hemmingsen, the airline's vice-president for catering and hotels and the managing director of Bangkok Air Catering Co.
