CLEVELAND, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- North Coast Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: NCEB), today announced the formation of its 1993-1 Appalachian Drilling Program to drill 18 wells in the Appalachian Basin of Pennsylvania and Ohio.
