RICHMOND, Va. -- In the wake of the 2004 Flood by Gaston a flower blooms; Techead, a staffing solutions company located in the Shockoe Bottom section of Richmond, VA announced today the launch of a new internet application development company, Tulip Solutions LLC.
On August 30th of 2004 torrential rains left parts of Richmond totally underwater. Techead is located in one of the areas hardest hit. Today, less than nine months since an event so devastating that many businesses affected have still not recovered, Techead is back in their Shockoe Bottom office and launches a new product "Tulip".
