LOUIS VUITTON'S smart, sleek, minimal HQ is not the best place to recover from a journey with a foul-smelling (and even fouler mouthed) Parisian cabbie. Entering Marc Jacobs's corner office you want to feel clean and serene. But the first thing you see is a throat spray. The second thing you see is a great stack of Marlboro Lights. There is something very endearing about a man who chain smokes with one hand and squirts his sore throat with the other.
