EDS today announced it has appointed Frank Boyer vice president and chief supply officer, effective September 30. He will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Bob Swan.
Boyer, 55, will lead EDS' Procurement Services team and oversee all product and service purchases, supplier relationships and internal procurement processes. He also will work closely with the company's Portfolio Management organization to build and reinforce relationships with key technology alliance partners.
