Voice Diary, Inc. (OTCBB: VDYI) announced today that it had signed a letter of intent with Nir-Or Israel Ltd. ("Nir-Or"), an Israeli aerospace and defense company, regarding the proposed acquisition of the business of Nir-Or by VDYI. The parties agreed to commence immediate negotiations, with a view to signing a definitive agreement on or before December 31, 2004.
VDYI is a development-stage Delaware company that is developing a line of medical and assistive hand-held devices.
