eOn Communications Corporation(TM) , a leading provider of unified voice, e-mail and web-based communications solutions, today reported financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2005. Revenues for the quarter were $5,453,000, compared with $3,958,000 for the same period last year. Net loss was ($417,000), or ($0.03) per common share compared with a net income of $87,000, or $0.01 per share in the quarter ended January 31, 2004.
