Falcon Products, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FCPR), a leading manufacturer of commercial furniture, today announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, granted final approval of a $45 million debtor in possession (DIP) credit facility. The facility provides Falcon with liquidity needed to sustain normal and uninterrupted operations while it completes its financial restructuring. The Court had granted interim approval of the credit facility on February 2.
