Tyson Foods has developed a new program to help Team Members who want to further their education.
Tyson is implementing an enhanced "Educational Assistance Plan," which consolidates the company's existing education support efforts into a new program expected to benefit more of the company's Team Members.
Highlights include tuition reimbursement improvements, the use of a new preferred "on-line" education provider and expanded reimbursement opportunities for workers interested in a General Equivalency Degree (GED), as well as English as a Second Language (ESL) and U.S. citizenship classes.
