Voice Diary Inc. (OTCBB: VDYI) announced today that it is reviewing its strategic plan and is considering alternatives to expand its core technology and add additional lines of products through strategic acquisitions or mergers. The announcement came after the merger with Nir-Or Israel Ltd, an Israeli manufacturer of defense and aerospace systems, was postponed for reevaluation by the parties in the coming three months.

"The first move that we plan to take is to extend the timetable of our order from Natali by a year" said Arik Hinkis, President of VDYI, "and we have started negotiations with Natali in this regard."
