National City Corporation announced today that its Board of Directors has elected Jeffrey D. Kelly and Peter E. Raskind as vice chairmen of the corporation. In their new roles, they will become members of the Office of the Chairman, joining David A. Daberko, chairman and chief executive officer, and William E. MacDonald, III, vice chairman.
