NEW WESTIN BEACH & GOLF RESORT. The Westin Roco Ki Beach & Golf Resort, currently under construction adjacent to Macao Beach near Punta Cana, is scheduled to open in Nov. 2006, the developer said May 4. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. will manage the resort under its upscale brand, Westin Hotels & Resorts. The property is owned by Macao Beach Resort, Inc., a subsidiary of Geostar, Inc. which has tourism investments worldwide.
