Shareholders Approved a 1:20 Reverse Split
XA, Inc. is the new name of The Experiential Agency, Inc., (OTC BB: XAIN), a major national event marketing firm that serves many Fortune 500 companies, the Company also said that its trading symbol has changed to (OTC BB: XAIN) from (OTC BB: EXAG).
The shareholders ratified the name change at the annual shareholder's meeting, held in Chicago, Friday, December 3. XA, Inc. has also adopted a new CUSIP number. The new CUSIP number is 983674-10-2.
The shareholders also voted in favor of a 1:20 reverse stock split of the common stock, effective at the opening of trading today, December 9, 2004. The ...
