Computer Associates International, Inc. today announced that Patrick J. Gnazzo has been named senior vice president, business practices and chief compliance officer, effective January 10, 2005. Gnazzo, 58, will report to Kenneth V. Handal, executive vice president and general counsel, and to the Compliance Committee of CA's Board of Directors.
In his new role, Gnazzo will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance and ethics program. He will also oversee government regulatory compliance and the establishment of a records and information management program.
