Voice Diary, Inc. (OTCBB: VDYI) announced today that Nir-Or Israel Ltd. ("Nir-Or"), with whom VDYI signed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of the business of Nir-Or by VDYI, has completed the development of a 24" display, one of the largest member in its family of LCD displays for airborne applications.
The display was developed for an Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS). The display is part of a system developed by a major Israeli avionic systems contractor.
