Voice Diary, Inc. (OTCBB: VDYI) announced today that Nir-Or Israel Ltd. ("Nir-Or"), with whom VDYI signed a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of the business of Nir-Or by VDYI, was selected by the Lahav Division of Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) to develop and manufacture a central avionic system for an IAI refurbishing project of aircrafts for a third party. The total order will be up to $9,500,000 and it is to be supplied over a period of several years.
