Enbridge Energy Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership") announced that it has priced an offering of $200 million principal amount of 5.35% Senior Notes due 2014 at an offering price of $99.959 (per $100 of principal) to yield 5.355% and $100 million principal amount of 6.30% Senior Notes due 2034 at an offering price of $99.742 (per $100 of principal) to yield 6.319%. Both series of notes have been assigned ratings of Baa2 by Moody's and BBB by Standard & Poor's and Dominion Bond Rating Service.

The Partnership intends to use the net proceeds of approximately $297.3 million to repay a portion of the amount outstanding under its $600 million senior credit facility. ...
