Battle Mountain Gold Exploration Corporation ("Battle Mountain Gold") today announced that it has acquired 12,490,000 shares of common stock (or 100%) of Battle Mountain Gold Exploration, Inc., ("BMGE") a Nevada corporation, in exchange for an aggregate of 12,490,000 newly issued treasury shares of the common stock of Battle Mountain Gold (BULLETIN BOARD: BMGX) . Immediately after the issuance there will be 39,360,000 shares of the Battle Mountain Gold's common stock, issued and outstanding.
